Lahore: The Punjab University Institute of Botany held a seminar on Saturday, July 27, 2024, focusing on the innovative use of biomaterials for renewable resources. The event featured a blend of local and international academic figures and sought to highlight recent advancements in the field.

According to University of the Punjab, the seminar was enriched with insights from Prof Dr Aman Ullah of the University of Alberta, Canada, alongside PU Dean Faculty of Life Sciences Prof Dr Faheem Aftab, and Director of the Institute of Botany Prof Dr Abdul Nasir Khalid. Dr. Aman Ullah’s presentation delved into the applications and potential of biomaterials in contributing to sustainable development and renewable resources, addressing both the scientific community and students in attendance.
