Naudero: A delegation from the US Embassy, led by Natalie A. Baker, Chargé d'Affaires at the U.S. Embassy in Pakistan, convened with Mrs. Faryal Talpur, President of the Women Wing of the Pakistan Peoples Party, in Naudero today. The gathering aimed to discuss mutual interests and enhance cooperation on political, social, and economic issues.
According to Pakistan Peoples Party, the delegation included key US officials such as Peter McSharry, Chief of Political-Economic Section at the US Consulate General Karachi, and Sanam Noor, a political analyst. The meeting underscored a commitment to continued engagement and collaboration in areas of shared priorities between the two entities.
During their visit, the delegation paid homage at the Mausoleum of Martyrs in Gahri Khuda Bux Bhutto, honoring the contributions of Quaid-e-Awam, Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto in strengthening democracy and constitutional supremacy in Pakistan.
The meeting was also attended by senior leaders of the Pakistan Peoples Party, including Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, PPP Sindh President, and several members of the National and Provincial Assemblies.
