University of Sargodha Celebrates 12th Convocation with Focus on Youth and Innovation


Sargodha: The University of Sargodha concluded its 12th Convocation, celebrating graduates from its Faculties of Medical and Allied Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Sciences, and Social Sciences. The event marked the end of the University’s annual academic celebrations.



According to University of Sargodha, the ceremony featured the Minister for Communication and Works, Mr. Sohaib Ahmad Bharath, as the Chief Guest, alongside Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas. The event commenced with an academic procession involving senior university officials. Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas emphasized the University’s advancements in academic excellence and its role in fostering skilled and socially responsible graduates.



Mr. Sohaib Ahmad Bharath addressed the graduates, commending their achievements as a source of pride for their families and educators. He highlighted the University’s transformation under Prof. Dr. Abbas and praised the significant presence of female graduates. Additionally, he encouraged graduates to embrace innovation, self-reliance, and pursue their ambitions with determination. He advised them to maintain humility and respect, acknowledging the contributions of their parents and teachers in their success.
