Rawalpindi: Punjab Council of the Arts Rawalpindi, in partnership with the All Pakistan Private School Management Association, hosted an event focusing on Marka-e-Haq Buniyad-ul-Marsus, which included speech contests, tableau performances, and Milli Naghma competitions. Parliamentary Secretary for Information and Culture Punjab, Shazia Rizwan Afsar, attended the event as the Chief Guest and emphasized the day's importance, reflecting on the sacrifices made for national unity and the contributions of the Pakistan Army.
According to Punjab Arts Council, students engaged in various activities which were well-received by the audience. The Tableau Competition saw Aims School securing first place, Quality School second, and DPS third. In the Speech Competition, Karar Haider won first, followed by Zahra Shoukat in second, and Maira Niazi in third. Sheikh Ahmed Shahzad earned first place in the Milli Naghma Competition, while Momina and Hammad Abid came in second and third, respectively. Shields and consolation prizes were distributed to students and judges to acknowledge their efforts and contributions. The event was marked by a sense of commitment to Pakistan's progress and prosperity.
