Karachi: The Zahid Bashir Patient Aid Foundation has launched a scholarship program targeting first and second-year students at select medical and health sciences institutions. Eligible students have until the 31st of July, 2024, to apply for this financial aid, which aims to support those studying at Dow Medical College, Dow College of Pharmacy, and Dr. Ishrat Ul Ebad Khan Institute of Oral Health Sciences.

According to Dow University of Health Sciences, the scholarship is open to students on an open merit basis, providing an opportunity for aspiring medical and pharmacy professionals to secure financial support during their critical early years of study. This initiative is part of a broader effort to foster accessible education in crucial health sectors.
