Youth Karate Championship Unites Pakistan in Sporting Excellence

LAHORE: The 1st All Pakistan Youth Karate Championship 2025 concluded at the Nishtar Park Sports Complex in Lahore, marking a significant achievement for the promotion of karate in Pakistan. The event saw participation from over 500 young athletes, showcasing their skills in various categories from Under-10 to Under-16 for both boys and girls.

The championship ended with a closing ceremony, where Mr. Muhammad Jahangir, Chairman of the Pakistan Karate Federation, awarded medals and accolades to the young champions. His presence highlighted the importance of dedication and hard work in the sport.

The Pakistan Karate Federation expressed appreciation to the Sports Board Punjab and the many coaches, referees, and volunteers who contributed to the event’s success. The large turnout and the enthusiastic involvement of both athletes and spectators underscored the sport’s growing popularity among the youth in Pakistan.

Following the success of this inaugural championship, the Federation aims to establish the event as an annual occurrence, enhancing Pakistan’s reputation in the global karate community.
