Sargodha: Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abbas, a senior faculty member from the Department of Mathematics at the University of Sargodha, has been awarded the University-Level Best Teacher Award 2025. The accolade was presented to Dr. Abbas in recognition of his contributions to teaching, research, and academic excellence.
According to University of Sargodha, the award was conferred during the institution’s 12th Convocation 2026 by Sardar Saleem Haider Khan, the Governor of Punjab and Chancellor of the University, alongside Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas. Dr. Muhammad Abbas was chosen for the award due to his teaching performance, commitment to mentoring students, innovative instructional methods, and academic contributions.
