University of Sargodha Concludes Training Programmes for Faculty and Officers

SARGODHA: The University of Sargodha recently concluded a series of professional training programmes aimed at enhancing the administrative and teaching capabilities of its faculty and officers. These programmes, organised by the university's Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC), focused on improving workplace efficiency and fostering professional growth among university personnel.

According to University of Sargodha, the training sessions addressed various aspects of professional development. For BS-11 officials, the programme covered organisational rules and workplace integrity. Lecturers from different departments participated in a technology-driven pedagogical training, while officers in BS-17 and above were offered classes in Chinese language and culture.

Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Qaisar Abbas, who attended the concluding ceremony as the chief guest, commended the HRDC for its efforts in promoting professional learning and institutional development. HRDC Director Amjad Hussain Janjua highlighted the objectives and outcomes of the programmes, emphasizing their role in enhancing professional skills and workplace performance. The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates to both trainers and participants.
