Peshawar: The University of Peshawar has announced the schedule and registration details for its upcoming convocation ceremony for graduates of the 2018-2022 session. The ceremony is set to take place on October 30, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in the Convocation Hall of the university. Degrees will be awarded to graduates of BS, MS/M.Phil., and Ph.D. programs.

Graduates are required to register their names with the Degree Section at the office of the Controller of Examinations by October 15, 2025. Those who have already received their degrees or gold medals and wish to participate in the ceremony must return their medals along with photocopies of their degrees to be included in the final list of participants.

Registration necessitates the submission of several documents, including a copy of the final DMC/Transcript, two passport-sized photographs, a Computerized National Identity Card, and a receipt for the convocation fee of Rs. 3,500. This fee should be deposited in favor of the Treasurer, University of Peshawar, at any bank branch on the university campus by the registration deadline.

A mandatory full-dress rehearsal will be held on October 29, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Convocation Hall. Graduates absent from this rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in the convocation ceremony. Gowns, hoods, and caps are available for rent at Rs. 500 from the Academic Section near the Convocation Hall, with a refundable security deposit of Rs. 2,000 required.
