Haripur, August 03, 2021 (PPI-OT):The University of Haripur (UOH) received the Champions of Quality Assurance Award from HED presented by Mr. Kamran Bangash, Special Assistant to CM, KP for Higher Education on 31 July 2021.

The UOH has made remarkable performance in Quality, hiring senior regular faculty and staff and offering market based graduate and undergraduate degree programs under leadership of Prof. Anwar Gilani that is being recognized at national and international levels.

The UOH has recently launched large number of new PhD programs including Public Health, MLT, Chemistry, Psychology, English, Economics, Geology, Forestry and Wildlife Management and in future the University will be first in KP to offer PhD in Sports Sciences and Physical Education and BS and M.Phil in Climate Change.

Haripur, July 29, 2021 (PPI-OT): The first meeting of the Board of Studies for BS Agribusiness Program was held in January 2021, under the convener-ship of Prof. Dr. Abid Farid, Dean FBAS. Members from the University and external members participated in the meeting. Dr. Muhammad Fayaz, Additional Director IBMS, The University of Agriculture participated via online link. The Board unanimously approved BS Agribusiness Program, its eligibility criteria and scheme of studies. Further, the Board also approved the list of experts for the program.
