Sindh High Court to Hear Significant Cases Filed by Pasban Democratic Party

Karachi: The Sindh High Court is scheduled to deliberate on four critical cases filed by the Pasban Democratic Party on Thursday, September 5, 2024. These cases, which involve significant constitutional petitions and a provincial ombudsman appointment dispute, underscore ongoing legal challenges and their implications on governance in Sindh.

According to Pasban Democratic Party, the court sessions will feature a variety of benches with Justices including Adnan Iqbal Chaudhry and Arbab Ali Hakro presiding over several of the cases. The details of the cases are as follows: the Provincial Ombudsman Appointment Bill, Constitution Petition No. Const. P. (D) 7897/2022, and two other constitutional petitions listed as Const. P. (D) 6418/2021 and Const. P. (D) 787/2022. These hearings are pivotal in addressing key legal and administrative issues affecting the region.
