Scholars to Highlight Legacy of Imam Jafar Sadiq (AS) in Upcoming Religious Celebrations

Islamabad: In connection with the arrival of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and Imam Jafar Sadiq (AS), the “Jashan Sadiqin SAW” will be celebrated with religious enthusiasm on Sunday. The event is part of the universal week of unity and brotherhood, established by Quaid-e-Millat Jafaria Aghasyed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi. Birthday parties and conferences will be organized, with scholars, preachers, and dhikreen shedding light on the biography of Imam Jafar Sadiq (AS) and his scholarly contributions.

According to Tehreek Nafaze Fiqhe Jafariya, Naat-Khaan parties will offer devotional songs at the Bargah of the Holy Prophet, and prayers will be offered for the security and stability of the country, the end of terrorism, and the success of the freedom movements in Kashmir and Palestine. Central Convener Shaukat Jafari emphasized that love for Rasool (PBUH) and his family is the basis of faith. He reiterated the importance of Pakistan as a stronghold of Islam and highlighted the global contributions of Imam Jafar Sadiq’s students to various fields.

Jafari also urged the Muslim community to use the occasion of 17th Rabi’ul Awwal to promote unity and reaffirm their commitment to Islamic values.
