PU’s Graphic Design Department Unveils Thesis Exhibition 2026

LAHORE: Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali inaugurated the Undergraduate Thesis Exhibition 2026, organized by the College of Art and Design's Department of Graphic Design. The event was attended by key faculty members, industry designers, and a large number of students. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali highlighted the commercial potential of the students' projects, noting that many were acquired by companies and that students often secure jobs before graduation. He also emphasized the international recognition of the college's graduates and praised the projects promoting environmental awareness.

According to University of the Punjab, Chairman Department of Graphic Design Prof. Dr. Ahmad Bilal remarked that the projects tackled various social issues and contemporary societal perspectives. A total of 85 students displayed their research-based thesis projects in the Grand Hall of the College of Art and Design. A modern digital thesis catalogue was also launched and is accessible on the college's website. The exhibition will be open to the public until June 12.
