Lahore: Pakistan: In a notable achievement, the women’s table tennis team from Punjab University (PU) emerged victorious in a championship hosted by Sargodha University. The team clinched multiple honors across different categories in the event.
According to University of the Punjab, the championship witnessed PU’s team excelling in both team and individual events. They secured the gold medal in the team event and further showcased their prowess by winning gold and silver medals in the singles category. Additionally, the team also earned a silver medal in the doubles event.
The team’s success was acknowledged and celebrated by PU’s team manager, Tahira Saleem, and Mahar Amad Harl, the Director of Sargodha University. Both commended the players for their outstanding performance and the skill they displayed throughout the championship.
