Lahore: Punjab University has conferred PhD degrees to ten scholars in a range of academic fields, marking a significant milestone in their scholarly careers. The degrees were awarded in subjects including Communication Studies, Gender Studies, Mathematics, and several natural sciences.
According to University of the Punjab, “The recipients include Muhammad Amer Raza in Communication Studies, Asma Majeed and Hasnat Ahmad both in Gender Studies, Sadia Bashir in Mathematics, Nasira Rafi in Molecular Biology, Ifra Sana Ullah in Solid State Physics, Muhammad Sajed in Biochemistry, Rabiha Salam in Chemistry, Anam Khalid in Environmental Sciences, and Faiza Jaleel in Special Education.” Each scholar has completed rigorous research in their respective fields, contributing to the university’s reputation for fostering advanced academic pursuits.
