Karachi: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Karachi General Secretary Arsalan Khalid extended Independence Day congratulations to the nation and vowed that the journey towards real freedom will continue under the leadership of PTI founder Imran Khan in Karachi, just like the rest of the country. According to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Arsalan Khalid said that August 14 is not merely a day for traditional celebration but a day to pledge for the protection and survival of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah's Pakistan.

He noted that on this Independence Day, the biggest trend is 'Real Freedom and the Release of Imran Khan'. Paying tribute to the PTI founder, Arsalan Khalid remarked that Imran Khan is the true successor to Quaid-e-Azam, and no software of slavery can delete the vision of the PTI founder from the hearts of the public. Criticizing the ruling quarters, he clarified that freedom does not mean decisions made behind closed doors but signifies the true sovereignty of the people.

He added that those taking external or internal dictation have no right to celebrate the Independence Day of this great nation. He emphasized that the dream of real freedom can never be realized without the supremacy of law and the constitution in the country. The PTI leader reiterated the commitment to nationwide peaceful protests, stating that the peaceful struggle will continue at all costs until the release of PTI founder Imran Khan.

He declared that every intersection in the country has now become a 'D-Chowk' and the entire nation has united for the captain's release. Addressing the residents of Karachi, he said, "O people of the city of lights! The darkness of despair is about to fade away, and the dawn of our captain's freedom is very near." He highlighted that the people of Karachi have always played the role of a vanguard for the ideological defense of the country, and the city of Quaid has always provided the first mandate for real freedom by placing its full trust in the PTI founder. He concluded his statement by asserting that they will never hesitate to make any sacrifice for the rights of Karachi and the vision of Imran Khan.
