Islamabad: President of the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saad Alahmed, convened a meeting with the Human Resource Management and Development (HRM and D) team to evaluate preparations for the forthcoming Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meeting.
Prof. Dr. Abdul Raheman, Vice President (A and F)/Academics, accompanied by the HR team, provided a briefing to the President on the progress and critical aspects of the DPC process.
The President reiterated the university’s commitment to transparent and rule-based human resource practices. He emphasized the necessity of timely and merit-driven promotions. This meeting was a continuation of his previous engagement with the HR department, where he had highlighted the importance of employee facilitation and institutional reforms.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Atiq Ur Rehman Chughtai, Director HRM and D, Dr. Ali Metab Alahmari, Director President Office, and Mr. Saqib Rasheed, Deputy Director HRM and D, IIUI.
