Karachi: Central Spokesperson of the Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians, Shazia Marri, has strongly condemned the horrifying incident in the Zhob district, where nine innocent civilians were abducted from passenger buses and brutally murdered.
Terming the act as an “unprecedented display of cruelty and barbarism,” Shazia Marri stated that dragging unarmed civilians out of buses and executing them in cold blood is a heinous act that reflects the depths of inhumanity.
She emphasized that terrorists do not deserve any leniency and must be dealt with with an iron hand. Marri asserted that such actions by terrorists cannot shake the resolve of the nation.
Marri further declared that the entire nation stands united against the menace of “Fitna-e-Hindustan” (Indian-sponsored terrorism), and such elements will be defeated on all fronts. She underscored that the blood of innocent Pakistanis will not be allowed to serve the designs of foreign-backed terrorists.
Calling for swift justice, Marri added that bringing the perpetrators of this massacre to justice must be the state’s top priority. She assured that the whole nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the security forces.
Expressing her condolences, Marri said she, along with every Pakistani, shares the grief of the families affected by this national tragedy.
