PPP Commemorates 16th Anniversary of Benazir Bhutto with Devotion

Larkana, The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) City District Larkana held a meeting at the Begum Nusrat Bhutto Memorial Hall to commemorate the 16th anniversary of the assassination of former Prime Minister Ms. Benazir Bhutto. Prominent leaders and members of the party, along with supporters, gathered to discuss the upcoming anniversary events.

According to Pakistan People’s Party, the meeting saw the participation of various chairmen, vice-chairmen, councilors, and workers from different units, including Sardar Mohammad Nawaz Sheikh, Majid Ali Brohi, Imran Hasan Jatoi, and many others. The leaders emphasized that the 16th death anniversary of Benazir Bhutto, scheduled for December 27, will be observed with great devotion and respect at Garhi Khuda Baksh Bhutto, the land of martyrs.

The speakers at the meeting announced that PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari, Ladies Wing Central President Faryal Talpar, and other central and provincial leaders will join people from across the country in paying homage to Bhutto. The event will involve laying floral wreaths on her grave as a tribute.

The leaders also highlighted ongoing gatherings, meetings, and preparations in Larkana for the anniversary. They urged the public to participate in large numbers in the commemorative event to honor the legacy of Benazir Bhutto and her father, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. The meeting underscored the PPP’s commitment to preserving and celebrating the contributions of its late leaders to the country.
