ISLAMABAD: Dr. Sahibzada Abul Khair Muhammad Zubair, President of Jamiat Ulema Pakistan and National Unity Council, expressed deep regret over the loss of lives and property resulting from the recent demonstration by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in Islamabad. He emphasized the importance of political maturity and prudence to prevent such incidents in the future.

According to Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Pakistan, Dr. Zubair stated that both sides could have avoided the significant loss of life and money if they had demonstrated greater prudence and political maturity. He urged both parties to refrain from escalating tensions and instead adopt a more conciliatory approach. Dr. Zubair emphasized the importance of resolving issues through political negotiations, which he believes is crucial for the country’s security and development.
