Lahore: Mr. Zaki Ahmad, a PhD scholar at the Centre for High Energy Physics, University of the Punjab, is scheduled to present his thesis defense on the topic “Decays of Charmonia using Realistic Wave Functions.” The defense will include a public talk and a viva voce examination, set to take place in the seminar room of the centre.

According to University of the Punjab, the event is slated for 2:30 pm on July 11, 2024, Thursday. The thesis defense will be open to all faculty members and graduate students who are encouraged to attend. External examiners Dr. Muhammad Imran Jamil from the University of Management and Technology, Lahore, and Dr. Nosheen Akbar from COMSATS, Lahore, will evaluate the presentation.
