PEEF Announces Master’s Level Scholarships for Disadvantaged Students in Rawalpindi

Rawalpindi, The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund has launched the “PEEF Master’s Level Scholarship 2023-24,” aimed at assisting financially disadvantaged yet talented students from Punjab in pursuing their M.Phil degrees for the academic sessions beginning in Fall 2023 and Spring 2024.

According to Fatima Jinnah Women University, the scholarships are targeted towards students who have demonstrated academic excellence by achieving at least 60% marks or a minimum CGPA of 2.5 in their Bachelors’ program as regular candidates during the years 2021-22, 2022-23, or 2023-24. Eligibility is further restricted to students possessing a domicile of Punjab.

The process requires the submission of several documents to the Financial Aid Office at Fatima Jinnah Women University by March 8, 2024. Necessary documents include domicile certificates, academic transcripts, income verification of parents or guardians, copies of national identity cards, utility bills, rent agreements if applicable, fee receipts, medical expenditure documents if relevant, and a passport-sized photograph with a white background, along with the applicant’s university semester fee slips.

This initiative represents PEEF’s commitment to enabling equal educational opportunities and is part of a broader effort to support students who face financial barriers to accessing higher education. The successful candidates will receive funding to cover their tuition fees and educational expenses, thereby reducing the financial burden on their families and allowing them to focus on their studies.
