PCB Offers Full Ticket Refunds for Washed-Out Matches

Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced it will provide a full ticket refund for the two ICC Champions Trophy 2025 matches at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium that were abandoned without a ball being bowled. The affected games include the Australia vs South Africa match on February 25 and the Bangladesh vs Pakistan match on February 27.

According to a statement by Pakistan Cricket Board, the refund policy applies to all enclosure tickets for matches that were abandoned before the toss. However, ticket holders of hospitality tickets, including boxes and the PCB gallery, will not be eligible for a refund.

Eligible ticket holders can claim their refunds at selected TCS outlets from Monday, March 10, 2025, to Friday, March 14, 2025. Refund requests made after this period will not be entertained. To claim the refund, individuals must present an original, undamaged ticket as proof of purchase and must personally visit the TCS outlet as refunds cannot be claimed on someone else’s behalf.

The designated TCS outlets for refunds are spread across several cities including Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Quetta. Specific addresses for each location have been provided by the PCB for the convenience of ticket holders.
