Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced a 16-member squad for the upcoming T20I series against Bangladesh, with Salman Ali Agha retaining his role as captain. The series will be hosted at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium, with the schedule to be released shortly.
The selection committee chose the squad based on performances in the ongoing HBL PSL X, which will conclude on May 25. This series marks the first major test for newly appointed head coach Mike Hesson.
The squad comprises Salman Ali Agha as captain and Shadab Khan as vice-captain. Other team members include Abrar Ahmed, Faheem Ashraf, Fakhar Zaman, and Haris Rauf. Hasan Ali, Hassan Nawaz, and Hussain Talat are also featured. Khushdil Shah, Mohammad Haris, Mohammad Wasim Jnr, and Muhammad Irfan Khan have been selected. Naseem Shah, Sahibzada Farhan, and Saim Ayub complete the roster.
