Kuala Lumpur: The 32nd Asian Junior Individual Squash Championships 2025 concluded with a celebratory award ceremony, highlighting the impressive achievements of young squash players from Pakistan. The event, which showcased emerging talent from across the continent, saw Pakistan securing a notable number of medals in various categories.
Pakistan’s promising athletes were recognized for their outstanding performances in the competition. Muhammad Sohail Adnan clinched a gold medal in the Under-13 category, while Nauman Khan emerged victorious with a gold in the Under-15 category. In the Plate Events, Yahya Khan and Muhammad Mustafa also took home gold medals in the Under-17 and Under-13 categories, respectively.
The silver medalists included Ahmed Rayyan Khalil in the Under-15 category and Mahnoor Ali in the Girls Under-13 category, marking a strong showing for Pakistan in both boys’ and girls’ divisions. Abdullah Nawaz added to the country’s achievements by securing a bronze medal in the Under-19 category.
The Pakistan Squash Federation expressed its pride in the young athletes and extended congratulations to all the medal winners. The federation emphasized its commitment to nurturing talent and wished the players continued success in their future endeavors on the international squash stage.
