The events will take place across six cities—Karachi, Islamabad, Haripur, Muridke, Lahore, and Sheikhupura—and will feature no-first-class three-day matches, with the finals extending to four days.

According to Pakistan Cricket Board, the Gold tournament will feature 10 teams divided into two groups. Group A consists of Vital Tea, Port Qasim, PHA Rawalpindi, Railways, and Income Tax, with matches held at National Cricket Ground in Islamabad and Railway Stadium in Haripur. Group B includes Kingsmen, Eshaal Associates, JDW Sugar Mills, National Bank of Pakistan, and Haider Cricket Club, with games scheduled at Karachi's UBL Sports Complex and SBP Sports Complex. Matches at National Ground in Islamabad and SBP Sports Complex in Karachi will be live-streamed. The top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals from 10 to 13 October, followed by the final starting on 16 October. The winner will qualify for next season's President's Trophy Grade-I, while the bottom two teams will be relegated to the Silver tournament.

The Silver tournament marks the return of University of Punjab and University of Central Punjab to competitive cricket. They will join Service Industries, ZM Electronics, SASA Packaging, and Sports Board Punjab. Each team will play five matches, with the top four advancing to the semi-finals. The final is set to start on 15 October. League matches will be held at Rana Naveed Cricket Academy in Sheikhupura, Lahore Country Club in Muridke, and Ittefaq Cricket Ground in Lahore. The finalists will qualify for next year's Gold event.
