National Textile University Faisalabad Unveils New Gymnasium for Female Students

Faisalabad: The National Textile University Faisalabad has opened a newly constructed gymnasium dedicated to its female students, as part of its efforts to prioritize their health and fitness. The facility was inaugurated by the university's Rector and Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Rashid Masood.

According to National Textile University, Professor Dr. Rashid Masood addressed the inaugural ceremony, emphasizing the importance of providing quality facilities to female students to encourage physical activity alongside academic pursuits. He highlighted the role of sports and exercise in shaping student personalities and noted that the new gymnasium aims to foster positive energy and self-confidence among female students.

The Rector commended the Sports Department and Engineering Team for their efforts in completing the project. He also encouraged students to utilize the facility and integrate health-focused practices into their daily lives.

Key university figures, including Registrar Salman Saif, Sports Convener Waqar Ahmed, Dr. Danish Mehmood Bitab, Dr. Sajida Perveen, Madam Nadia Shamim, Madam Attia Iram, Madam Maryam Rasool, Sports Officer Imran Ali Gill, and PRO Sardar Pervaiz Akhtar, were in attendance at the event.
