Gaza: Muntada Aid has intensified its humanitarian efforts in Gaza, distributing essential resources to thousands amid challenging conditions. The organization is currently serving 1,500 residents with freshly made bread and providing clean drinking water to over 4,100 people daily. Additionally, 500 hot meals are being distributed every day.
The logistical challenges of procuring food and raw materials in Gaza are significant, marked by high costs and dangers. A single basic meal in Gaza costs over £4, a stark contrast to the less than £0.50 it costs to provide a nutritious meal for one person among Sudanese refugees in Chad.
Muntada Aid has called for continued donations to support its appeal, emphasizing the critical need for assistance in Gaza. Since October 2023, the organization has served over 172,000 people with food, water, and medical aid in the region.
