Karachi: The PCB Regional Inter Club Cricket Tournament saw Muhammad Hussain Cricket Club and Nazimabad Gymkhana Blues clinching their spots in the semi-finals after impressive wins in their respective quarter-final matches in Karachi. The clubs displayed strong performances, particularly in batting, to overcome their opponents at different venues across the city.

According to Pakistan Cricket Board, Muhammad Hussain Cricket Club secured their semi-final berth by defeating Faisal Gymkhana by six wickets at the Naya Nazimabad Stadium. Key performances included Muhammad Afzal’s 84 runs and Aqib Rizvi’s unbeaten 92, which propelled their team to a comfortable win chasing a target of 202. Similarly, Nazimabad Gymkhana Blues advanced by overcoming Airport Gymkhana with six wickets in hand at the KCCA Stadium, driven by Muhammad Majeed’s 42 runs and Qadir Khan’s 35.

The victories set the stage for the upcoming semi-final matches, where Pakistan Cricket Club will face Dawood Sports, continuing the excitement of the tournament that showcases regional cricket talent in Karachi.
