HONG KONG: McKinsey and Company is set to host its Next Generation Women Leaders (NGWL) program on May 29-30, 2025, aiming to provide women in the Asia Pacific region with the tools and networks necessary to enhance their leadership capabilities. The event will offer insights into female leadership and foster community building among participants.
The program is designed to empower women by offering interactive sessions, workshops, and the opportunity to connect with industry leaders. Attendees will engage with speakers who will share their experiences and achievements, facilitating the development of leadership and communication skills. Eligibility for the program is open to women, including transgender and nonbinary individuals, who are based in the Asia Pacific or have significant connections to the region. Applicants should be students graduating by 2026 or professionals with up to eight years of experience.
The application process requires a resume detailing educational background, work experience, and extracurricular activities. An optional cover letter can be submitted to highlight personal motivation and leadership experience. Additionally, candidates must complete a digital assessment, except those residing in Mainland China and South Korea.
