Lahore: Pakistan is set to host Sri Lanka in a three-match T20I series and a two-match World Test Championship series, alongside an ODI tri-series featuring England, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. The panel of match officials for these 12 international matches, scheduled from October 9 to November 21, was announced today.

According to Pakistan Cricket Board, Jeffrey Crowe, a member of the ICC's Elite Panel of match referees and former New Zealand Test cricketer, will lead the playing control team for the seven matches of the ODI tri-series from October 18 to 31 in Rawalpindi and Lahore. Crowe, who debuted as a Test referee in Faisalabad in 2004, recently officiated his 700th international match.

Pakistan's Ahsan Raza and Bangladesh's Sharfuddoula Ibne Shahid, both members of the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires, will be joined by ICC International Panel Umpires including Wayne Knights from New Zealand, Asif Yaqoob, Nasir Hussain, Rashid Riaz Waqar, and Faisal Khan Aafreedi to perform umpiring duties during the ODI tri-series. The tri-series will see Knights and Asif starting as on-field umpires in the opening match between Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

In the upcoming Pakistan-Sri Lanka Test series, Dean Cosker from ICC's Emerging Match Referees Group will oversee the matches for the first time. The Test series matches will take place in Rawalpindi and Lahore, with Adrian Holdstock, Allahuddien Palekar from South Africa, and Rodney Tucker from Australia serving as on-field umpires.

For the T20I series scheduled for October 9, 11, and 13, ICC International Match Referee Ali Naqvi will be in charge. Rashid Riaz and Nasir Hussain will officiate the first T20I as on-field umpires, while Faisal Aafreedi will join Nasir in the second. The final T20I will see Rashid and Faisal as the on-field pair. Tariq Rasheed will serve as the fourth umpire throughout the T20I series.
