Lahore School of Economics Hosts Innovative Sales Force Evaluation Workshop

Lahore: The Lahore School of Economics conducted an innovative module titled “Case-based Quantitative Evaluation Framework of a Sales Force Team” on Sunday, July 14, 2024, at its Burki campus. The event focused on enhancing the assessment skills of sales team managers using quantitative analysis.

According to Lahore School of Economics, the workshop attracted 65 managers from 22 prominent companies, including CCL Pharma, OBS Pharma, Fatima Group, Interloop, Metro, Telenor, Nielsen, BAT, Total PARCO, Mondelez, Shan Foods, Fauji Foods, Johnny and Jugnu, Levi’s, PMI, Engro, Packages, Parwaaz Financial, Levi’s, Wagbowl, and Royal Cyber. The module emphasized the practical application of quantitative data to assess individual performance within sales teams, starting from ground-level data to develop comprehensive job descriptions for sales managers.

Participants engaged with extensive datasets to analyze 16 different performance variables, employing these insights to construct detailed graphs that pinpointed performance issues and informed strategic decisions. The session concluded with participants expressing their appreciation for the practical skills and insights gained, highlighting the module’s success in providing valuable analytical tools applicable in real-world business scenarios.
