Kotri: Alibaba Government Boys Degree College recently held a career counseling and awareness session for its students and athletes, aiming to introduce various undergraduate programs available at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), Karachi. The event featured insights on career choices aligned with personal interests and passions, presented by speakers from IoBM.

According to Institute of Business Management, the session included presentations from Muhammad Umar Iftikhar, Senior Assistant Manager and Focal Person at IoBM, along with Madam Anumta Salam and Madam Manahil Sohail from the Marketing and Communications Team. They discussed strategies for selecting careers based on individual interests and aspirations. Muhammad Umar Iftikhar also provided an overview of IoBM, highlighting its accreditation by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and its range of programs from bachelor’s to Ph.D. levels since its establishment in 1995.

The event also saw participation from the college’s Principal, Prof. Dr. Fazal Karim Siddiqui, and Chief Director of Physical Education, Pervez Ahmed Sheikh, who along with other faculty members, welcomed the guests and honored them with Sindhi awards and sports souvenirs. The speakers emphasized the importance of such initiatives in helping students actively plan and shape their future careers.
