Islamabad Faculty of Arabic Hosts Seminar on ‘The Prophetic (PBUH) Eloquence

Islamabad, The Faculty of Arabic (FOA, Female Campus) successfully conducted a one-day seminar titled “The Prophetic (PBUH) Eloquence” on October 19, 2023, at the auditorium of the Fatima-tuz-Zahra block. The event, attended by a large number of faculty members, students, and researchers, focused on the eloquence of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and its significance.

According to International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), Dean of the Faculty of Arabic, the seminar started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Dr. Fazlullah expressed his gratitude to Dr. Riffat Ali Muhammad Syed from Jamia tul Al-Azhar, Egypt, for his informative session and acknowledged the faculty’s role in organizing such distinguished scientific seminars. Dr. Riffat Ali Muhammad Syed, in his lecture, emphasized that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was the most eloquent speaker among all of Allah’s creation. He presented examples from Hadith to illustrate the Prophet’s eloquent speech, noting how it captured hearts and was even acknowledged by his enemies.

Dr. Samia Nazish, Incharge of the Arabic Faculty, welcomed all the guests and outlined the seminar’s purpose. She expressed her appreciation for Dr. Riffat Ali Muhammad Syed’s engaging and insightful lecture and thanked the guests, faculty members, and students for their presence. Dr. Nazish pledged to continue hosting such seminars in the future, highlighting their educational value.

The seminar concluded with the distribution of certificates of appreciation to the organizers and sashes to the organizers and class representatives, marking the achievements of the event. This seminar represents an important contribution to the ongoing scholarly discourse on Islamic studies and the Prophet’s teachings at the Faculty of Arabic.
