Islamabad: The Iqbal International Institute for Research and Dialogue (IRD) highlighted its commitment to scholarly work by participating in two major Islamabad events this September.
The IRD first showcased its publications at the 2nd International Seerat Festival (September 16–18) organized by the National Rahmatul lil Aalameen Wa Khatamun Nabiyyin Authority (NRKNA). The institute’s booth attracted academics, researchers, students, and the public. Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal praised the quality and range of the IRD’s work. Institute representative Nasir Farid presented publications to the minister.
Following the festival, the IRD participated in the IBOOX 2025 International Book Exhibition (September 19–21) at the Pak-China Friendship Centre. The institute’s presence again drew considerable engagement from scholars, students, and readers.
Through involvement in these gatherings, the IRD reaffirmed its dedication to furthering research-based knowledge and contributing to intellectual discussions nationally and internationally.
