Heightened Security Measures in Place for PM Modi’s Visit to Jammu

Srinagar: Authorities in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir have significantly tightened security measures in preparation for Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s scheduled visit to the region.

According to Kashmir Media Service, PM Modi is expected to address a public gathering at Maulana Azad Stadium in Jammu today. In response, security forces have implemented an extensive multi-tier security arrangement throughout the city, particularly around the venue. This heightened security includes the installation of numerous CCTV cameras for surveillance and the establishment of special checkpoints along the roads leading to the stadium.

The venue itself has been completely sealed off, with rigorous inspections being carried out on all vehicles in the vicinity. These stringent security protocols reflect the sensitive nature of the visit and the authorities’ emphasis on maintaining order during the Prime Minister’s rally.
