HACCP Training Illuminates Baking Industry Practices

Lahore: A recent seminar hosted by the Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences focused on the critical aspects of HACCP training and implementation within the baking industry. The session aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practices.

Mr. Muhammad Kamran Butt, Head of Quality Assurance at Pizza Hut, spearheaded the event with a detailed presentation on implementing HACCP standards. His insights were crucial in offering a comprehensive understanding of maintaining quality and safety in baking processes.

Adding to the discourse, Mr. Muhammad Umair Ali, an alumnus of the University of Central Punjab and Assistant Quality Assurance Manager at Pizza Hut, shared his valuable experiences with the attendees.
