Kohat: FATA University has issued a tender notice inviting bids for the installation of solar systems across several of its blocks to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability on campus.

According to FATA University, the tender encompasses three major projects aiming to equip the Academic Science Block (Dr. A.Q. Khan Block), Academic Arts Block (Iqbal Manza Baba Block), and the Administration Block with on-grid solar systems. The estimated costs for these projects range from Rs. 17,450,043 to Rs. 29,940,052.

The university has detailed that bids will be accepted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, ensuring a transparent and competitive bidding process. The deadline for submission is 23.08.2024 at 11:30 AM, with bids to be opened the same day.
