Lahore: The National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NU) has unveiled the Research Excellence Award 2024, a prestigious recognition designed to honor outstanding research achievements by its faculty members. This initiative highlights the university’s commitment to fostering an innovative research culture.

According to National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, the award includes a PKR 500,000 prize and a certificate of recognition, aiming to motivate faculty members to continue pursuing high-caliber research. Eligibility is restricted to full-time, salaried employees of FAST-NUCES who have been with the university for at least three years.

Interested faculty must download and fill out the application proforma available on the university’s website, with supporting evidence, and submit it to their Campus Director. Each director can forward up to five of the best nominations to the central evaluation committee in both hard and soft forms. The submission deadline is set for September 30, 2024.
