Karachi: The Clinical Trials Unit (CTU) at Dow University of Health Sciences has been renamed the Centre for Education and Training in Clinical Research (CETCR), following approval from the university’s Syndicate. The change is effective immediately.

Dr. Fakhsheena Anjum, who oversees the unit, announced the update and requested that all records be revised to reflect the new name. Correspondence should now be directed to the official email address [email protected].

Dr. Anjum holds multiple roles at the university, including Director of the M.Phil. Program and Incharge of the Department of Pharmacy Practice. She is an Associate Professor and a Clinical Research Certified Professional within the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Dow College of Pharmacy.

Dow University of Health Sciences has issued this announcement to inform stakeholders and ensure a seamless transition to the new designation for the unit.
