Karachi, DHA Suffa University (DSU) has brought the HEC All Pakistan Universities Badminton Championship trophy back to Sindh after a long hiatus of 25 years, thanks to the stellar performance of Mr. Abdullah Siddiqui, a Mechanical Engineering student from DSU.
According to DHA Suffa University, Mr. Abdullah Siddiqui emerged as the All Pakistan HEC Badminton (Men) 2024 champion, demonstrating extraordinary prowess on the badminton court. His journey to the championship included a decisive win in the semifinal match against Superior University Lahore, where he showcased his skills and determination by winning in straight sets.
The final match pitted DSU against the University of Central Punjab (UCP), where Siddiqui faced off against competitor Aashan Tanveer. Siddiqui’s remarkable sportsmanship and talent shone through as he claimed victory in straight sets, marking a historical moment for DSU and the province of Sindh.
