Multan: The CMH Multan Institute of Medical Sciences (CIMS) has officially opened applications for vendors to manage its on-campus bookstore, catering specifically to the needs of medical students. This initiative aims to facilitate easy access to educational materials within the campus premises.
According to CMH Multan Institute of Medical Sciences, interested and experienced vendors are invited to submit their applications by August 15, 2024. The institute is looking for vendors who are registered taxpayers and have prior experience managing bookshops for educational institutions. Applicants involved in any malpractice or corruption cases are not eligible to apply.
The application process requires a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 and includes the submission of several documents such as biodata of the proprietor or shareholders, CNIC photocopies, experience certificates, and an FBR Tax Registration Certificate. The contract will be awarded through an open bidding process, and only vendors cleared by security agencies will be considered.
This move is part of the institute’s effort to enhance the educational resources available to its students and ensure that they have convenient access to necessary academic materials.
