Cfd Workshop Empowers Engineers With Practical Simulation Skills

Islamabad: A specialized workshop recently equipped engineers, students, and faculty with practical skills in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis. Organized by Dr. Gulraiz Ahmedy, the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program, “Practical CFD Analysis Workshop for engineers, students and faculty: From Basics to Application,” covered fundamental CFD principles, governing formulas, and simulation techniques.

The training emphasized both theoretical comprehension and hands-on practice, aiming to enable participants to utilize CFD tools for real-world engineering challenges. The session concluded with a question-and-answer segment where attendees exchanged perspectives and addressed obstacles encountered in applying CFD across diverse engineering fields.

The workshop, hosted by the University of Central Punjab, aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in CFD, a crucial tool in modern engineering design and analysis. The interactive nature of the program fostered a collaborative learning environment, encouraging participants to share their experiences and learn from each other. The focus on practical application makes this workshop a valuable resource for professionals seeking to enhance their CFD proficiency.
