Lahore: In a commendable performance, Ms. Sana Humayun and Mr. Muhammad Bin Abid from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore secured the runner-up position in the Urdu Open Category at the Vive La Liberté 2026 - British Parliamentary Debating Championship. The event was organized by the Quaid-e-Azam Debating Society at UET Taxila.

According to University of Engineering and Technology, the achievement is attributed to the debaters' skills, critical thinking, and dedication. The university expressed pride and honor in the accomplishment of the UET Debating Society members.
