According to International Cricket Council, the matches affected by the weather included Pakistan's game against Hong Kong, China, and India's encounter with Afghanistan, both on Monday, followed by the Nepal-Sri Lanka and Bangladesh-Malaysia games on Tuesday. The semi-final matches are set to proceed with Pakistan facing Bangladesh and India meeting Sri Lanka on Thursday.

India, the defending champions, will aim to retain their title, having secured the gold medal in Hangzhou three years ago. The semi-final schedule lists Pakistan versus Bangladesh at 9:00 a.m. local time, followed by India against Sri Lanka at 2:00 p.m. local time on October 1.
