LAHORE: Punjab University has conferred ten PhD degrees to scholars across various disciplines, marking a significant academic milestone. The degrees were awarded to individuals in fields including Biochemistry, History, Islamic Studies, Applied Psychology, Business Administration, Gender Studies, Sociology, Sports Sciences & Physical Education, and Zoology.

According to University of the Punjab, the recipients of the PhD degrees include Muhammad Ibraheem in Biochemistry, Mohammad Yasir in History, Ahmad Azeem in Islamic Studies, Syeda Narjis Sherazi and Asma Zafar in Applied Psychology, Filza Qambar in Business Administration, Faheem Akhtar in Gender Studies, Muhammad Usman in Sociology, Muhammad Saleem Akhtar in Sports Sciences & Physical Education, and Asma Iqbal in Zoology. The award of these degrees underscores the university's ongoing commitment to fostering advanced research and academic excellence.
