SARGODHA: The University of Sargodha has bolstered its academic and research capabilities by confirming the services of 105 faculty members across multiple disciplines. This strategic move aims to enhance the university's commitment to educational excellence and research productivity.

According to the University of Sargodha, the confirmation letters were distributed during a ceremony led by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas. The event was attended by key university figures, including Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Masood Sarwar Awan, Additional Registrar Syed Nasir Abbas Bukhari, Deputy Registrar Muhammad Asif, along with deans, administrative officers, and faculty members. Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas emphasized the critical role of faculty members in driving the university's academic achievements and research output. He highlighted that regular appointments bring increased responsibility to uphold high standards in teaching, research, and student mentorship.

Registrar Waqar Ahmad stated that the confirmation process was completed following all legal and administrative protocols through the selection board process. The confirmed faculty comprises 30 Professors, 10 Associate Professors, 27 Assistant Professors, and 38 Lecturers. This move is expected to further strengthen the university's teaching and research capabilities.
