LAHORE: Prof. Dr. Rashid Jalil, a faculty member at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, has been awarded the National Best University Teacher Award by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, recognizing his contributions to higher education.
