Karachi: Karandaaz Pakistan has joined forces with D-Tech & Consultancy Private Ltd. (DTC) to introduce 'My Intelligent Assistant' (MIA), an AI-based solution aimed at making digital financial services more user-friendly and inclusive throughout Pakistan. The collaboration focuses on overcoming obstacles such as digital literacy gaps and language barriers that hinder users from fully benefiting from digital financial platforms.

According to Karandaaz, the initiative seeks to integrate MIA's context-aware AI capabilities into digital financial applications. This tool will provide real-time, multilingual, and personalized assistance to help users navigate digital finance interfaces more effectively.
