Women University Mardan Chemistry Scholars Successfully Defend M.Phil Theses

MARDAN: Six scholars from the Department of Chemistry at Women University Mardan have successfully defended their M.Phil research theses, marking a significant academic milestone. The viva voce examination, conducted on June 10, 2026, evaluated the work of Ms. Amna Umar, Ms. Gul Rukh Iqbal, Ms. Ayesha Ayaz, Ms. Jalwa, Ms. Hassiba, and Ms. Afshan Bibi.

According to Women University - Mardan, the scholars conducted their research under the supervision of Dr. Raina Aman Qazi and Dr. Bushra Begum. The external examiners for the evaluation were Dr. Naheed Bibi and Dr. Zahida Wasil from the Department of Chemistry at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University. Dr. Naila Zubair, the head of the department, extended congratulations to the scholars and their supervisors, acknowledging their dedication and the successful completion of degree requirements.

The department expressed gratitude to Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana for her leadership and support. Additional appreciation was given to the Director Academics/ASRB, the Controller of Examinations, faculty members, and other university departments for their roles in facilitating the examination process.
